Who we are

History & background

Enterprise Development Industrial formed in 2015 as a local investment serving the market in technical consultancy, primarily with the founder Mr. Mohamed Waseem’s exposure and experience in a variety of technical fields. Since then, EDI has contributed heavily to the success of a significant number of projects in the Maldives that required a multi-disciplinary approach. With collaboration between its associates and professional partners, EDI has delivered high quality outputs in construction, asset management, large property valuations, condition assessments, process engineering, master planning and tourist resort development design projects for both local and international clients. Given the appreciation of clients and constantly expanding requirements for its services, EDI incorporated as a private company in 2021, aiming to further improve and upgrade its services for clients.

Thorough review of reports at all stages of the development is carried out with the contribution and consensus of experts with extensive experience in their fields. All reasonable avenues for the incorporation of professional and expert consultations are exhausted prior to delivery of any reports, ensuring clients have the best decisive information.
