Former Technical Director and head of the Technical Division of FENAKA Corporation, and former head of the Projects Department at Thilafushi Corporation (later GMIZL). An approved lecturer for Heriot-Watt University (Scotland), the University of Bedfordshire (UK) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. A TOPCON (Singapore) trained GPS/GNSS surveyor for GR5 instruments, he undertook the master zoning plan development of Thilafushi Island and supervised, evaluated and approved all private development projects for the island for five years, also overseeing its harbors and shore-protection measures. He is a trained RO engineer (MARINCO Srl, Italy) and has been an RO consultant since 2007, working with architectural design firms in technical drafting.
